Concord is founded
Concord begins by rebuilding war-damaged bridges, and grows into one of Bangladesh's leading engineering and construction groups.
Fantasy Kingdom opens
On 19 February 2002, Bangladesh's first theme park opens its gates in Ashulia — alongside Water Kingdom.
Resort Atlantis welcomes guests
A resort inside the complex turns a day out into a getaway, with rooms, dining and event halls.
Five worlds of fun
Xtreme Racing, Heritage Park and new headline rides like Drop n Twist Tower and Tornado 360 keep the kingdom growing.

Since 1973 Concord has been first at many things in Bangladesh — from ports, factories and the international airport to landmark buildings. It later expanded into real estate, construction materials, tourism and hospitality, including our theme parks and resort.
